| | I bought a brand new '08 model year Saturn Astra back in August of this year, now I have around 3,500 miles on my car and it's in the shop for the third time in a week because it just fails to start. My question is if this keeps happening like a fourth and or fifth time, would this be something covered under the lemon law? I live in Indiana I don't know if that is of help to you, and I bought the vehicle from a Saturn dealer in Illinois. Secondly, if my car was in fact considered a lemon, what are the steps I take to getting the vehicle replaced, or refunded? And would that even be worth my time? Thanks so much!! It is the same year I purchased the car, I have had it not even two months. | | |  |
