| Open Question: Used car "as-is" contract?

| | I am selling my car and I want a As-is contract for the purchaser to sign. Where can I find a blank contract or should I just write up my own? In my state there is a "no lemon" law and I don't want anyone trying to sue me for something that I did not know what there. Please HELP me! |

| | i bought a 2000 jeep grand cherokee in sept 2009 from a car dealership for 2700 it has 134000 miles on it. when i frist bought it the check gauge light came on so i brought it to my mechanic and they gave me a list of things that this truck needed wheel bearings, fuel pump were the two big ones. i went back to the dealer and they told me i had to pay for them to fix it now the check engine light is on i have only had the car for about 2 months and to top it off i got the title in the mail and it has 2 liens on it one of which is mine the other isnt. should i talk to a lawyer? am i covered by the lemon law? |
| Open Question: Scared my transmission is going on the new car i just bought!?

| | I just bought a car 2 weeks ago in MA. MA has the lemon law which protects buyers against buying a bad car. My time frame is almost out and I;m worried that the transmission is going! The car is an automatic and whenever I put it into park, the car starts rolling back and I have to pull the e-break in order to stop it. Anyone know what this could be or if it's the transmission?
