| Open Question: can i get my money back on this mobile home i bought?

| | i went to this mobile home park that has these "handy man" specials. The park gives your the keys to various mobiles homes that need some work done to them. i purchased one for 1500 dollars but i was not allowed to do anything till all the paperwork was done. after i payed for everything and signed the lease i pulled one of the boards off for the wall and here pretty much the hole mobile home is rotted out and there are soo many things wrong with it that it would take about 40,000 to make it liveable. is there a law like the florida lemon law for cars that applied to mobile homes/ houses?? or am i out the 2000 i paid to get everything straight? | | |  |
