Yahoo! Answers: Search for Open Question: even though a car is listed as is no warranty at a used car lot is there some kind of 30 day lemon law? November 11, 2009 at 12:16 am What are the chances my attorney would win in a lemon law case against nissan? My 2005 Nissan Armada has had Major problems. 1.Premature wear of brakes and steering wheel jitters (recall)- took them 4 tries to fix this!*fixed 2.Brake light would be lite on dashboard when the e-brake wasn't even in, result, couldn't move my car- 2 times in the shop *supposedly fixed. 3. Exhaust manifold was cracked on both sides- 1 time in the shop *Fixed 4. Car would randomly turn off while i was Driving- 1 Time, i threatened to sue and my car has been at the nissan dealership for 7 days *not fixed yet fortunately i got the extended service warranty so how do you think the case will go? and oh yea i keep all of the service records too. Please be honest and mature. Thanks
